Joakim helped me get the house of desire at a usable price. I had seen it when I happened to pass by and saw the For Sale sign. I felt very attracted to the house ☺, but I thought it was probably too expensive when I later found the ad online.
Whole 3 months. later I talked to Joakim, who is very service-minded, and I found out that the house had not actually been sold yet. Maybe it was waiting for its rightful owner, who of course I was ️☺
Like many others during this period, I took the chance and bought unseen, due to the pandemic and difficulty getting traveled.
I'm very glad I did, I like both the house and the area.
