Your Spanish Dream Starts at the Fountain

Pass the three-tier stone fountain and the little lawn guarded by its white ornamental dogs, and you’ll know straight away that this villa was made for happy days in the sun. Palm trees sway against a big Costa Blanca sky, and the peach-toned façade, with its elegant arched windows and curved front, glows in the afternoon light. Welcome to your new detached villa in Doña Pepa, Ciudad Quesada.

Poolside living, every day

The private swimming pool is the heart of the garden. Its Greek-key mosaic border catches the light, and the water mirrors the villa’s arches. Terracotta pots line the pool edge, a quiet terrace table waits in the shade of the palms, and sun loungers are set out for lazy afternoons. With a southwest orientation, this garden gets sun well into the evening.

Cook, dine and celebrate outdoors

Beside the pool is the covered outdoor kitchen, a real extension of the home. It's complete with barbecue and a dining area under a tiled roof, so lunches and long summer dinners can flow into the evening without anyone moving indoors. An eye-catching blue mosaic wall adds a splash of Mediterranean colour.

Bright, welcoming rooms

Inside, the sun streams through tall arched windows. The dining area looks onto lush green citrus trees and palms and has a crystal chandelier, so every meal feels special. Through the archway is a cheerful living area with plenty of seating and a cosy, lived-in feel. The home is part-furnished and well kept.

Retire to the balcony

Upstairs, the master bedroom is bright and airy, with built-in wardrobes, air conditioning and sliding glass doors that open onto a private balcony. Wake up, step outside and look across the orange groves toward the distant salt lake. The balustraded terrace is the perfect place for morning coffee or a sunset glass of wine.

The other bedrooms are just as practical. One is currently a home office with a sofa bed, ideal for remote workers or visiting guests, and all four bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. Three bathrooms, a utility room and an alarm system make everyday living easy.

Location, location

Doña Pepa is a popular, well-established corner of Ciudad Quesada. Shops, restaurants and daily amenities are around the corner, golf courses are around 5 km, the beach is about 10 km, and Alicante airport is roughly 50 km away. It suits permanent living, a holiday home or a rental investment.
